The Harbour Club Vinkeveen blends the chain’s international style with unique new elements. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a six-meter-long ‘Raw Bar’ and a prominent wine cabinet, highlighted by a mural from Pablo Lucker. It seats 150 guests indoors and 150 more on the terrace, with access via land or water through its own harbor. Guests enter through the Apollo Hotel reception, where they are greeted by a large ship suspended from the ceiling. The interior is unified by 60000 wooden slats from fruit crates, which are used throughout both the restaurant and hotel, adding to the distinctive design.
